      Reservations can be made by calling 1-760-803-1713, or by email to info@aneagleinthepines.com. 
         
        Two Night  Stays are Requested, although Single Night Stays may be accommodated on a last  minute basis only. 
         
        Three & Four Night Stays are requested for *Certain Holidays.

A One Night Deposit is required       upon making the reservation. A credit card to process or a check to       deposit will confirm your reservation. (VI, MC, AE, or DISC accepted)

Cancellations or changes to your reservation cannot be accommodated due to inclement weather. 
               
        - 
          
The balance due for the stay will       be processed 7 days prior to the check in date. 
            Holiday reservations are prepaid and non-refundable one (1) month prior to       the reservation date.  
         
        - 
          
A $200 Refundable Cleaning/Damage       Deposit is required when booking our home.                  
            A $300 Deposit is required when staying in the home with pets. 
         
        - 
          
Cancellation of your reservation       requires more than a 7 day notice of cancellation for a refund of your       deposit, minus a $50 rebooking fee. Should you cancel your reservation       with less than a 7 day notice, you are responsible for the entire cost of       your booking.  
         
        - 
          
Holiday Reservations require a 30       day Notice of Cancellation for Refund minus a $50 rebooking fee.        Should you cancel your reservation with less than a 30 day notice, you are       responsible for the entire cost of your booking. 
         
        - 
          
We never double charge. Should we be able to rebook your reservation  dates, you will be refunded for any days we are able to rebook, minus the  rebooking fee. 
         
       
      
      7 day notice required to cancel your reservation for a refund, minus a $50 Rebooking Fee.  
      30 day notice required for Holiday Reservations, minus a $50 Rebooking fee. 
      All cancellations will be  charged a $50 Rebooking Fee. 
      If circumstances arise that  you must cancel your reservation with less than a 7 day notice, your payment in full will be  forfeited. 
      Although we sympathize with such situations, we are a small business and must maintain our policy.  This applies to all cancellations, early departures, and no show reservations.  
       We appreciate your understanding on this matter. 
      Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check out   is by 11:00 am.  
Only the number of guests  stated on your confirmation are permitted to stay in the home.   
Pets must also be approved of ahead of your  stay. 
There are no parties allowed on the property. 
There is Absolutely, No Smoking in the home. Please use outdoor ash trays for  disposal only.
